At RepForce, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
- Then contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us and we’ll help you.
